Every month War Commander releases new units to help players grow in strength and sometimes to provide new abilities and new ways to attack enemies.

Technical

This Survivors Faction Light Vehicle came equipped by default with a machine gun that could target enemies on the ground or in the air.  However it could also be customized in the workshop to replace that machine gun with either an Anti-Air rocket or a ground targeting flamethrower.  This flexibility let you tune your platoon of Technicals to do extra damage versus specific threats.

When it was released it was the Technical was the one of the best units to use against High Altitude Air Units (which can only be targeted by dedicated Anti-Air units).  With it's speed and ability to shoot while moving it could keep safely out of range of some aircraft while dealing steady amounts of damage to them.

Sharpshooter

The Sharpshooter was an updated version of the Sniper and Marksman.  It delivered high amounts of burst damage in a single shot with a long reload time and did extra damage versus infantry (as opposed to vehicles).

Similar to the Technical, the Sharpshooter could be customized to address specific battle situations better.  It should be equipped with a Ghillie Suit giving the unit stealth until it gets too close an enemy or until it fires.  Alternatively it could equip a Spotter which would a non-combative unit next to him that would buff the range of Sharpshooters near him.

In contrast to the Technical, Sharpshooters were exceptionally slow moving units.  It took a lot of patience to use them to attack a base, but using either stealth or extended range they could be used to by careful players to pick apart targets.
